Return & Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Inspection Period

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. If your timepiece does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, pristine condition, with all protective films, tags, and original boxing intact.

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have had links removed or the strap adjusted.
  • Smartwatches that have been powered on, synced to a phone, or had the software activated.
  • Watch cells (batteries) that have been removed from their original blister packaging.

3.3 Warranty & Technical Defects

If your watch exhibits a mechanical or software defect within the specified warranty period:

  1. Notification: Contact support@menexontime.store with your order number and a video of the technical issue.
  2. Assessment: We will determine if the issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  3. Resolution: We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund based on the nature of the defect.

3.4 Refund Disbursement

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash once the item is returned and passes our technical inspection.
  • Shipping: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
